Masters Program

2017-18 Masters Program Information

Membership in this program is intended for persons 35 years of age and older. By “older ages” we mean as long as a person can sustain a competitive physical and mental well-being reflective of their age.  In many cases you can be introduced to events and new skills and train for the sport to be enabled to compete in Masters Championships. There are no physical standards for participation at these age levels. Competitive Master’s Aged Track & Field is comprised of age divisions for every 5 years of life from the age of 34.  For example: 35-39 / 40-44 / 45-49 / and so on to age groups into the 90’s and even to the + century marks on occasion.  It is a great way to get fit – stay fit – test yourself – travel and enjoy an individual sport.
