2026–2027 Sessions

Programs run right through the year, so a multi-sport athlete can join whenever their other seasons are on a break. Register session by session, or take the full annual progression.

The fall is the only part of the year split in two. Cross country season means endurance athletes train separately, so Fall – Endurance and Fall – Power/Speed run as their own sessions with their own times. From Winter I onward, both are trained together in a single session.

The Annual option covers every session from September to August at a single fee — practice days follow each season’s schedule.

About the Program

Foundation picks up where our Youth program leaves off. Athletes who have learned to run, jump and throw now start training in earnest — building the fitness to run long, and the speed, strength and coordination to run fast.

The work is not only physical. Athletes build the focus and the confidence to push themselves, and those gains carry straight into whatever else they play. Track and field trains the qualities every sport draws on, so athletes who come to us from another sport tend to notice the difference quickly.

Sessions run all year, so an athlete whose main sport is out of season can keep training in between. The annual option follows one continuous progression from September through August.

Endurance

Distance and cross country running: aerobic fitness, pacing, and the strength to hold form over a long race.

Power / Speed

Sprints, jumps and throws: acceleration, power, and the coordination behind running fast.

Athletes train in both streams for most of the year. Only the fall separates them, so cross country athletes can train for their race season.
