A past or present athlete who has represented the Ottawa Lions in competition with pride, grace and sportsmanship. They must have been a member of the organization for a minimum of five years and also been named a National Champion or a Senior National Team Member.

A past or present coach who has been committed to the Ottawa Lions for a minimum of ten years. This is a distinguished individual who has enhanced the reputation and respect of the Club in the athletics community.

A past or present volunteer member who has supported the club for a minimum of ten years, this is an individual who has made a memorable contribution to the growth and development of the Lions organization and exceeded all expectations.
