REGISTRATION INFORMATION
The Winter II Foundation Program is offered four times per week
at the Aberdeen Pavilion (1000 Exhibition Way) and Algonquin College Dome (1385 Woodroffe Ave)
During registration, please indicate the day your child will be attending.

Fees:
• 1 practice / week: $195
• 3 practices / week: $349
• Payment of fees due upon registration on Trackie.com
• Cheque and cash accepted by the program manager or registrar
• T.I.P. cards & scholarships must be presented at a practice to redeem
REFUNDS ARE GRANTED WITHIN 3 DAYS OF REGISTRATION, SUBJECT TO A $50 ADMIN FEE.
