MASTERS PROGRAM

Stay Active for Life in our Masters Program. Designed for athletes aged 30 years and up, our program has plenty of room for athletes of all types, from the novice competitor to the athletics veteran.

Masters athletics presents a wonderful opportunity to open yourself up to new events and new skills whether you train for recreation or competition.

Competitive Master’s aged track and field is comprised of age divisions for every 5 years of life from the age of 30.  For example: 30-34 / 35-39 / 40-44 / 45-49 / and so on to age groups into the 90’s and even beyond the century mark on occasion.

It is a excellent way to get fit – stay fit – test yourself – travel and enjoy an individual sport.
